Monthly Mobility

Each month, Carly focuses on a different area of the body to help you move with more stability, control, and confidence. This month’s focus is the lower-body, and will cover the basics of hip and ankle mobility. Learn how the spine, pelvis, and hips interact to build strong and stable movement both on and off the climbing wall. This workshop is open to all experience levels, abilities, and body types, and will include a handout detailing how, why, and when to use the exercises covered in class.

Youth Climbing Club Session 3

The Rock Mill Climbing Club gives aspiring climbers ages 8-12 the opportunity to learn climbing techniques, terms and safety tips, all in a fun, community-style setting. Session 3 runs from March 24th-May 15th and meets Mondays + Thursdays from 4:30-5:30 PM.

First Friday of the month

College Night

Come hang out and climb with other college students and enjoy $12-day passes and free rental shoes on the first Friday of the month.

Therapeutic Bodywork with Oviya

Oviya is now booking sessions in the Yoga Room, discounted to Rock Mill members. Through light massage & deep tissue work, Oviya takes a holistic approach to open, balance and align the body.

Youth Open Climb

What is bouldering?

Bouldering is rock climbing on relatively short walls without the use of ropes or harnesses.

I really don't need equipment?

You will only need climbing shoes! We rent shoes for $5 and also have shoes for sale.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothes you can move around in. For safety and hygiene reasons, we ask that everyone wears a shirt while climbing and exercising.

Do I need to have any prior experience?

Not at all, that's what's so great about bouldering. Other than watching the orientation video and following the rules of the gym, you can walk right in and start climbing!

Anything I need to do before I come in for my first visit?

No! But if you want to save some time, you can watch the orientation video and sign your waiver ahead of time by clicking here.
