Event times:
- Doors open at 6:45 AM
- Wave One: 8 AM - 11 AM
- Wave Two: 1 PM- 4 PM
Dates Rock Mill will be closed to the public:
- Thursday, October 24*
- Friday, October 25
- Saturday, October 26* all day
*No yoga classes those days
Volunteer Details:
We will need a minimum of 24 volunteers each session for a total of 48
- Volunteers will receive:
- Free admission to the event
- Free coffee & one specialty drink
- A day pass to Rock Mill
- A light breakfast for Wave 1 and lunch for Wave 2
- A Volunteer meeting will be held at 7 AM for the first wave in the yoga room.
- Responsibilities will consist mainly of lane judges and assistant judges
Food:
- Rock Mill's Coffee Bar will be open for the entirety of the event, offering pastries, bagels, paninis and granola bars, as well as espresso drinks, teas, gatorade and water.
