Have you hit a plateau in your climbing progress? Join us for a three-week series focused on training harder and climbing smarter. 



Climbing is at the heart of Rock Mill, come learn to climb or train hard on our bouldering walls, project wall and training wall.


Rock Mill offers a full and robust yoga program that meets the needs of not only existing climbers, but the needs of individuals dedicated to their yoga practice.


We offer a traditional fitness experience in the dedicated fitness room as well as a variety of unique and challenging classes and workshops that provide an alternative to standard strength training.
