Welcome to Rock Mill LIVE, a place where you can connect with the community through live classes lead by some of our amazing Rock Mill instructors. Each week you will find a variety of yoga, fitness and movement classes specifically designed for you to do from home with little to no specialized equipment. Rock Mill LIVE is run by our instructors, for you, the Rock Mill Crew. All classes are donation-based, with 100% going directly to the instructor.

HOW IT WORKS

Rock Mill LIVE utilizes a combination of Google Calendar for scheduling and Zoom for the live sessions. 

  1. Find a class that you would like to join using the schedule above.
  2. Click on Join the Class to be taken to the calendar entry.
  3. From the calendar entry, click Join the Zoom Meeting
  4. If you have not used Zoom before, you will be prompted to install the software, follow the prompts.
  5. Click “ok” on any of the prompts asking you to open Zoom.
  6. That’s it! The class will begin when the instructor has signed into the Zoom meeting.
  7. When the class is complete, you can make your donation through the link provided by the instructor in the class description. We suggest a $5-$10 donation.
