Rock Mill Yoga offers a full schedule of traditional yoga classes along with classes unique to our facility that capture the symmetry between yoga and climbing.

CLASSES

Power – 60 min.
Your body will be challenged in an entirely new way as strength and flexibility are maximized in this rigorous, energizing and powerful flow. You will build heat from within connecting each breath to intentional movements.

Slow Flow – 60 min.
This flow gives you time to breathe in your favorite postures, giving you a chance to explore deeper in your practice. Recommended for those practicing posture alignment and those seeking a refreshing and calming flow.

Vinyasa – 60 min.
This all levels flow will build the foundation for a strong yoga practice and fine-tune that of seasoned yogis. Postures are carefully sequenced and linked with breath to provide balance between ease and effort.

Yoga for Climbers – 60 min.
This class aims to create flexibility while testing your existing strength through a flow that is athletic and restorative. Special focus is directed to climbers with flows designed for injury prevention, mobility, and breath.

Sweat & Send – 60 min. 
Sweat & Send is ideal for the yogi ready to explore the edges of their practice. Once a month, meet up in the yoga room for a 30-minute flow focused on prepping the shoulders, wrists, hips, & ego. Then we’ll take our yoga off the mat, venturing together into the climbing hall to put the tools of our practice to the test on the wall. Don’t have climbing shoes? No worries, rent a pair for an additional $4. 

Fundamental Classes *
For students looking to grow their physical practice & understanding of yoga, our fundamentals classes are the best bet. In these classes, students can expect more detailed instruction on pose alignment & breathing, as well as hands-on assists & modifications to be sure they’re progressing in their practice from a solid foundation.
