  • Early Bird Workout
    January 24, 2018 @ 6:30 am - 12:00 pm

    Get your pre-work workout in with us on Wednesday, January 24th! Fox 8 News will be stopping to to showcase our community, and there would be very little to show without you there. We'll be opening our doors bright and early at 6:30am for our members and have coffee and pastries waiting for you.
