I am a huge health and fitness advocate. My passion for teaching started in college at Cleveland State University where I was a teaching assistant for neuroscience and gross anatomy labs. While at CSU, I attained a bachelor’s in Health Science and Nursing. I started my yoga practice in 2011 and decided to take a path to deepen my understanding of the practice as a teacher in 2014. I have taught power vinyasa, yin, basics, SUP (standup paddle board ), and acro/partner yoga. And although yoga is my primary passion, I also love running, spinning, TRX, lifting weights and barre, as fitness in general is a huge passion in my life. Come try one of my classes to not only feel stronger and more flexible, but inspired in your practice as you leave your mat.
